The menu below will be served in the evening of Tuesday February 14th, at lunchtime on the 14th we will be offering our Bar Snack Menu and a slightly abbreviated version of our A la Carte Menu.

Starters

Scallops, spiced and roasted cauliflower couscous

Pig's cheek, prune, apple and cider

Smoked beetroot, goat cheese, radish, candied walnuts

Mackerel, salsa verde, pickled cucumber, horseradish

Main Courses

Ribeye steak, bearnaise sauce, chips and salad

Duck breast and confit leg, carrot and orange, kale 

Sea bass, fennel, shrimps, coriander and lemon

Vegetable Wellington, red wine shallots, purple sprouting broccoli

Chateaubriand for two, bearnaise sauce, chips and salad £10 supplement per couple

Puddings

Lemon Tart, marmalade ice cream

Rhubarb compote, custard, soft meringue, granola

Chocolate mousse, white chocolate ice cream, chocolate sorbet, and pear

Passionfruit jelly, mango sorbet and roast pineapple

Cheese; Hafod, Perl Wen and Stilton with home-made pickle and biscuits
