Sunday Lunch £22.50 Sample Menu

For Children under 14: 3 courses £10.50; 2 courses £8.50, £2 supp for adult sized puddings and any other supplements as adults

Sunday Lunch is a three course set menu, coffee can be substituted for a course if desired.

A deposit is taken for parties of 10 or more people. The deposit is deducted from the total lunch bill. Should numbers change if you let us know by Midday on the Friday before your booking the total deposit will still be deducted. Otherwise we will retain £10 per non-attendee. We can only issue one bill and cannot refund deposits and recharge. Should you need to cancel the booking, the total will be refunded if we are advised by Midday on the Friday before.

Starters

Jerusalem artichoke soup, welsh rarebit 
Poached pear and blue cheese salad with candied walnuts  
Salmon cured with Chase GB gin with gin jelly, cucumber and lemon
Smoked chicken salad with bacon, poached egg and garlic dressing, 

Main Courses 

Roast topside of Aberdeen Angus beef from Witney on Wye, Yorkshire pudding, 
roast potatoes, kale and cauliflower cheese

Lamb chop from Rhydoldog estate, Rhayader, roast carrots, savoy cabbage and 
dauphinoise potatoes

Seabass fillet, samphire, shrimps, courgettes and parmentier potatoes

Crispy duck leg, baked fig, kale, fondant potato 

British quinoa, butternut squash, pumpkin seeds, kale, Hafod cheese, 
crispy potato and a green salad

  Puddings
  Lemon tart, damson ice cream 
  Cheese: Perl Wen, Snowdonia Black Bomber and Stilton with biscuits and home- made preserve 
  Two crème brûlées of vanilla and coffee 
  Poached plums, baked figs, apple jelly, blackberry sorbet, granola (Dairy Free)
  Chocolate, pear and almond tart, poached pear, clotted cream
  Baked figs, ginger cream and ginger bread 
  Vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce
