Sunday Lunch £22.50

Sunday Lunch is a three course only menu – coffee can be substituted for a course if desired.

For Children under 14: 3 courses £10.50; 2 courses £8.50, £2 supp for adult sized puddings and any other supplements as adults

Starters

Parsnip soup with a little Welsh rarebit

Warm winter salad of roast squash, red onion, goat cheese, hazelnut, pumpkin seeds

Pheasant and pork terrine, apple compote and prune

Vodka and beetroot cured salmon, radish, dill and sourcream

Main Courses

Roast topside of Herefordshire beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, kale and cauliflower cheese

Springfield chicken breast, artichoke puree, potato dauphinoise and kalettes

  Cod fillet with a herb and Nduja (spiced salami) crumb, roast tomatoes, samphire and

  sautéed potatoes       

Crispy duck leg, spiced pear, gingered mustard sauce, potato fondant and kale

Roast cauliflower, cauliflower puree and cauliflower couscous, curry oil, parmentier and a green salad

Puddings

Lemon tart, British Cassis sorbet

Cheese: Perl Wen Hereford Hop and Perl Las, home- made preserve

  Two crème brûlées of coffee and vanilla

  Vanilla pannacotta with new season rhubarb and granola

  Chocolate and pear frangipane tart, clotted cream

  Pedro Ximenes Sherry Cheesecake, coffee ice-cream and prune

  Dairy free – Poached new season rhubarb, orange sorbet and granola

  Home-made chocolate and vanilla ice creams

  Coffees and Teas with a hand made shortbread biscuit £2.50
