Smoked chicken and bacon salad with poached egg and garlic dressing

Main Courses 

Roast topside of Herefordshire beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, organic swede, kale and red cabbage from Lyonshall

Crispy duck leg, carrot and orange, organic kale, fondant potatoes

Cod fillet, leeks, black olive tapenade, crisp potato

Roast lamb from Rhydoldog Estate, Rhayader with apricot and rosemary stuffing, roast potatoes and mint sauce

Vegetable Wellington, red wine shallots, potato dauphinoise

Sunday Lunch is a three course set menu, coffee can be substituted for a course if desired.
